With a deep passion for helping people feel their best, I bring together years of experience and a genuine love for holistic wellbeing.

For over a decade, I worked as a physiotherapist and orofacial physiotherapist, supporting people in understanding their bodies, relieving tension, and finding balance. Over time, my curiosity for natural healing and lifestyle transformation grew, leading me to expand my work beyond physical therapy alone.

Today, at RootworQ, I combine my clinical background with a holistic approach to health. Through natural health guidance, nutrition, and therapeutic massage, I help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, restore harmony, and create lasting wellbeing in a natural way.
